'Earth made by earth'
I made this series firsthand with artificial paint. However after getting more familiar with working with natural pigments,  I explored how the element looks like when they are made with pigments coming for the element they are representing. So, the paintings are not only visualizing the element but also embodying them. 
 
Earth is visualized by a centaur. It symbolizes stability, groundedness, fertility, abundance and nourishment. As the opposite of air where I looked for pigments at the top of trees, for earth I looked for pigments the closest to the earth. Like root veggies and soil. Beetroot, turmeric, carrottops, soil and wildflowers are the pigments I ended up using.
